How emergency IT support works?

The process to obtain emergency IT support is kept simple and broken down into the following steps:

  1. Make a telephone call to our office – 01858 455426.
  2. Tell us who you are and provide us with a brief explanation of the problem.
  3. We will then send one of our senior IT technicians to your site.
  4. Once they arrive, show them where the problem equipment is.
  5. The technician will then diagnose and work towards fixing the problem.

How much does emergency IT support cost?

All costs agreed in advance. Before we do anything we will confirm costs at each step.

What type of IT problems do we fix?

Examples of problems we resolve include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Faulty Server and/or Server software issues
  • Server rebooting for no reason
  • No data, no internet, no network
  • Virus & malware attack
  • Desktop computer problems, Laptop computer problems
  • IT problems that just won’t go away or problems that your current IT support provider cannot seem to fix

If on the rare occasion we can’t fix the problem then there is nothing to pay.

*We will endeavour to attend your site as a matter or priority but reserve the right to exceed the time stated in the event of unforeseen circumstances. All journey estimates are based on distances from our Midlands based office. All times are based on our usual opening hours of 8:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday – Friday.
